Comfortable stay with attentive staff

The staff was cute, offering an excellent level of service. The comfortable beds ensured restful nights despite some minor hiccups.

The cleanliness needs attention. We noticed dust under the beds and an outdated bathroom that could have used a thorough cleaning.

malfunctioning thermostat

This place could've been decent if only the beds weren't so soft. And I woudl ve expected my thermostat to actually work, not just be a poorly designed prop. I almost considered giving a good review, but the absolute lack of comfort made it impossible. Evidently, I'm not special enough for a room upgrade either.

I enjoyed my solo stay with large, comfy beds, perfect for a restful sleep. Friendly staff made dining out easy. Local restaurants nearby offered fantastic options. Do check the water temperature in the shower. A solid experience for anyone looking for value and comfort.

We were there for 3 days, everything was perfect, loved its peaceful location so close to the train station, downtown and downtown Kingston. Booked deluxe queen room, that was provided with 2 Queen beds, continental breakfast, as example.

Cleanliness standards require a serious upgrade!!! It's frustrating having to clean your own room and manage the lack of basic essentials like tissue paper. Access points around the hotel could be improved for better convenience!!!

I was pleased with outstanding room, which was complete with fridge, king bed plus continental breakfast. Everything was wonderful. The hotel's location was marvellous and convenient, near to a mall up the road. The staff were great and kind hole time of my stay.
